Management Fees
- Tenant procurement fee: $500 (for negotiated rent up to $1,000; ½ monthly negotiated rent for rents greater than $1,000)
- New property intake fee: $100
- Ongoing monthly management fee: 10% of the rent (minimum $75.00)

- Tenants may pay rent by electronic deposit
- Tenant ledger records are available to tenants online 24/7
Owner Payments and Statements
- Owners are paid by direct deposit or mailed check (if requested)
- Owner funds are disbursed on or before the 10th business day of each month
- Invoices, receipts and Owner reports are available on our website 24/7
- Owners receive a 1099 form at year-end for tax preparation. 5-year consecutive history is also maintained online
